What are your hours of operation?
The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is open every day from 9 am-5 pm. We offer extended hours in the summer months, when we welcome visitors from 9 am-6 pm.

What is the cost of admission?
General admission tickets are $35.99 (ages 12+), $20.99 (ages 3-11), and free for children under the age of 3. Tickets for guests in wheelchairs are $15.00 (adults) and $9.50 (children). St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoo Members receive free admission. Receive a $1 discount on each ticket purchased online.
Do I need to reserve tickets in advance?
Advance reservations are not required, and tickets can be purchased at the admission gate. We recommend buying online here, where you’ll save $1 per ticket.
Do you offer any discounts?
The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is proud to offer 10% off tickets for AAA, military, and senior citizens.
Where should I park?
We offer free parking on-site.
Are outside food and drinks allowed in the park?
We have a full-service snack bar with a great selection. Browse the menu here. We ask that you do not bring outside food into the park. Glass containers are not allowed. If you bring water, please do not bring it in containers with plastic lids or straws, for the safety of our animals. Please feed the animals only the food provided in the vending machines. The animals are on special diets, and outside food can cause medical issues.
Is there an age requirement for the zipline?
You must be at least 8 years old and over 52” tall to zip the zoo on Crocodile Crossing. Guests under the age of 18 may participate only if a responsible adult is on property for the entire duration of the course. See our full list of rules and regulations here.
Are you dog-friendly?
The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park does not allow pets anywhere in the park. Service dogs are welcome for those who require assistance.

Is there a dress code?
During the summer months, the Alligator Farm can be quite warm, so please dress accordingly and remember to use sunscreen. No bathing suits allowed. Shirts and shoes required.
Are alligators the only animals in the zoo?
The zoo is home to dozens of other animals besides crocodilians! Visitors will encounter birds, reptiles, mammals, fossils, and more. See our list of attractions and exhibits here.
