This certification confirms that our zoo offers proper accommodations to people with disabilities and sensory challenges including autism, dementia, PTSD, and other conditions. Our staff is trained to recognize and assist guests with sensory needs. We provide noise-canceling headphones and sensory bags equipped with various fidget tools and a communication card for guests who may benefit from them.
